Four Night Hotel Package | April 17 - 21, 2026
Friday, April 17 - Arrival
Arrive in Boston. Make your way to hotel and check in. Hotel rooms are usually ready after 4 pm; if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with the hotel concierge and explore the city and surrounds. Marathon Tours & Travel team will be available in your hotel today to meet and answer any questions you might have.
Saturday, April 18 - Expo
Morning at leisure. Today is the best day to visit the Marathon Expo and collect your bib number. The EXPO and the Sheraton Hotel are in the same building, which is very convenient. The Expo is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Welcome to say hello at the Marathon Tours & Travel booth.

Sunday, April 19 - Pre-race Dinner
You will have the day at leisure in Boston. The Expo is open today from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Be sure to collect your bib before the Expo closes!
Join us this evening for our Pre-race Pasta Dinner .

Monday, April 20 - Race Day
The MTT host will assist you in reaching the bus pick-up point for the start arranged by the Event . Please go to the starting area (Hopkinton) according to your start time.
Following the race, you will have the afternoon to recharge. MTT host will be at your service for any assistance.

Tuesday, April 21 - Departure
Enjoy a leisure morning before checking out by 11:00. Safe travels and we hope you enjoyed your Boston Marathon® experience!
