Please note: This package is for runners who have already qualified for the 2024 Age Group World Championships, you need to qualify yourself and the package does not include an entry channel.
THURSDAY 12 SEPTEMBER
Arrive in Sydney and make your way to the Sofitel Wentworth Sydney. Our staff will be available in the hotel lobby this afternoon to answer any questions you might have about your stay.
This evening, join the Marathon Tours & Travel team for a casual meet-and-greet function.
FRIDAY 13 SEPTEMBER
After breakfast, you will have the day to explore Sydney or visit the Marathon Expo where you have a dedicated AGWC Expo jacket pick up location with personalised back-bib.
This evening join our exclusive Sydney Marathon Harbour Cruise with runners from all over the world. Enjoy the beauty of the harbour as you look back onto the Sydney skyline. The cruise will include substantial canapes and a drink on arrival.
SATURDAY 14 SEPTEMBER
Mid-morning our staff will host a guided visit to the expo for race bib collection for those who haven't already been.
Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Tonight, join us for our pre-race dinner.
SUNDAY 15 SEPTEMBER
Enjoy an early breakfast before meeting our representative in the hotel lobby who will be ready to guide you to the start area. After your run, meet your firends, family and fellow ruuners at the MTT celebration tent in the post-race recovery zone.
When you are ready, make your way back to the hotel. Your hotel is located 1km from the finish line.
Enjoy some light refreshments and drinks at our post-race celebration party.
MONDAY 16 SEPTEMBER
Enjoy a well-earned breakfast at the hotel. Today is the day you check out of your room and we say thnk you for joining us.
