2026 Sanlam Cape Town Marathon AGWC Package

Please note:This package is for runners who have already qualified for the 2026 Age Group World Championships, you need to qualify yourself and the package does not include an entry channel

All rates are per person and in RMB (Chinese Yuan) 

Sanlam Cape Town Marathon AGWC Package includes the following:

• 4 nights at the 5* Westin Cape Town, checking in on Thursday 21 May, checking out Monday 25 May 2026
• Hotel taxes (15.5% vat & 1% tourism levy)
• Breakfast daily, except on day of arrival
• Welcome Desk and guidance from Marathon Tours & Travel on-site
• Shake-out run with expert advice and race briefing
• Escorted trip to the Expo for race bib collection
• Pre-race dinner
• Grab and Go breakfast (race morning)
• Return transport to/from the race start/finish
• Supporters cheer zone arrangements on race day

Optional extras at additional cost

• Extra nights, include room, tourism levy and breakfast only
• 1-day Hop-On Hop-Off Sightseeing Ticket (additional cost)
• Half day Cape Town sightseeing tour with Expo stop (additional cost)

Please Note:

• All runners must secure their Guaranteed Race Entry via AbbottWMM AGWC invitation process.

Supporters

We recognise the importance of family and friends’ inclusion on this trip. Supporters are very welcome and included in all activities, except the run itself. On race day Marathon Tours & Travel team will be happy to accompany supporters at key cheer zone areas to support safely and with no logistical concerns.

Solo Travellers

We take the hassle out of travel and provide a memorable and safe experience that is achieved by traveling with like-minded, adventure-seeking runners. It’s fun seeing the sights and running with a group. If you prefer double occupancy packages but are traveling alone, ask us to see if there is a single traveller that can share a room.

Room Policy

Marathon Tours & Travel’s policy is that anyone staying in our room block must be part of our package. If you plan to bring a spouse or guest, they must purchase our package. For example, if there are two of you, the rate would be the double occupancy rate (per person). If you purchase a single occupancy rate package, then only you are allowed in your room. To attend any of our activities, you must be part of our package.
