4 Nights Package / 29 October - 2 November, 2026

Rates (all prices are per person and in RMB, Chinese Yuan)

• Twin beds room only for 2 runners
• Spectator: not Including Race Entry, only for sharing a One Bed Guest Room with a Runner.
• Please ensure you have valid travel documents and insurance

Package Includes:

• Four nights hotel accommodations at the Sheraton Times Square
• Hotel breakfast and taxes (except the arrival day)
• Guaranteed Race Entry  TCS New York City Marathon 2026 (for runners only) 
• Pre-race pasta dinner (31 Oct )
• Boxed breakfast-snack box on race morning (for runners only) (1 Nov.)
• Transportation to the start village  (1 Nov.)
• Post-race celebration on Sunday evening (1 Nov.)
• Marathon Tours & Travel Chinese and English-speaking onsite host or hostess

Not Included:

• International roundtrip airfare to NYC
• Airport transfers
• Travel Insurance (highly recommended)
• Meals unless noted on itinerary
• Gratuities and tips unless noted on itinerary

 Please Note:

• Entry only is not allowed.
• There is a limit of two (2) guaranteed race entries per room.
• TWIN rooms (2 beds) should buy 2 entries together
• Marathon Tours & Travel's policy is that anyone staying in the room block must be part of the package.  If you plan to bring a spouse or guest, they must purchase our package. For example, if there are two of you, the rate would be the double occupancy rate (per person).  If you purchase a single occupancy rate package, then only you are allowed in your room.  To attend any of our activities, you must be part of our package.
• We cannot sell race entry to full time residents of USA. If you reside in North America please contact our USA office to book.
