DAY 2: TUESDAY 31 AUGUST 2027 - Queenstown Sightseeing
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before a full day exploring Queenstown and its spectacular surroundings.
Activity: Shotover Jet
Enjoy an exhilarating ride on New Zealand’s world-famous Shotover Jet. A high-speed ride through the dramatic Shotover River canyons. Afternoon: Free time to explore Queenstown at your leisure
Evening Activity: Walter Peak Gourmet BBQ Dinner and TSS Earnslaw Cruise
Departure: 5:00pm | Return: 9:00pm
Begin with a cruise across Lake Wakatipu aboard the century-old TSS Earnslaw before disembarking at Walter Peak High Country Farm, one of the region’s earliest farms.
At the Colonel’s Homestead Restaurant, enjoy a gourmet barbecue while taking in the lakeside views and the welcoming ambience of the historic homestead. The menu features New Zealand meats and seafood cooked on the outdoor grill and rotisserie, accompanied by seasonal salads, desserts and local cheeses. A selection of local wines and other beverages is available for purchase at the bar.
After dinner, enjoy an entertaining demonstration offering insight into high-country life.
DAY 3: WEDNESDAY 01 SEPTEMBER 2027 - Milford Sound Day Trip
Breakfast: The hotel will provide an early breakfast before the group departs for Milford Sound, one of New Zealand’s most spectacular natural attractions .
Activity: Private coach journey to Milford Sound, including a scenic cruise and lunch
Departure: 6:45am | Return: approximately 7:30pm
Indicative Schedule:
Experience the dramatic landscapes of New Zealand’s South Island on a scenic coach journey to Milford Sound. Cruise through the fiord and enjoy a buffet lunch before returning to Queenstown by coach.

DAY 4: THURSDAY 02 SEPTEMBER 2027 - Travel to Auckland
This morning after breakfast you will depart your Queenstown accommodation and start your travel to Auckland.
Flight: Queenstown to Auckland (Timing TBC, MTT to book)
On arrival in Auckland, New Zealand’s “City of Sails”, the tour leader will escort the group to a private coach for the transfer to the Auckland Hotel.

DAY 5: FRIDAY 03 SEPTEMBER 2027 - Hobbiton Tour (Optional)
After breakfast, guests can choose to either have a day of exploring Auckland or heading south to the Waikato region to visit the iconic Hobbiton movie set. The legendary home of the Hobbits from J.R.R. Tolkien’s books and the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit films.

DAY 6: SATURDAY 04 SEPTEMBER 2027 - Waiheke Island Day Tour
This morning after breakfast, guests will walk down to the Auckland Ferry Building with their Tour Guide, to board a charter ferry to Waiheke Island.
Activities: Private Charter to Waiheke Island
A private tour of this wonderful island just a short distance from downtown Auckland. The tour combines wine tasting and fantastic lunch at one of Waiheke’s wineries.

DAY 7: SUNDAY 05 SEPTEMBER 2027 - Depart New Zealand
