Thursday 27th August, 2026 Arrival
Welcome to Sydney! Make your way from the airport to the hotel and check in. Usually, hotel rooms are ready after 4:00pm, if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the hotel.
Our staff will be in the hotel lobby to welcome you and are ready to answer any questions you might have about your stay.
Friday 28th August, 2026 Expo & Sydney Harbour Cruise
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel.
Mid-morning our staff will escort you to the expo for race bib collection (on foot). You can also visit the many booths at the Expo before making your own back to the hotel at your leisure.
This afternoon join our exclusive Sunset Harbour Cruise. Our staff will escort you to the Darling Harbour on foot, for 2 hours you will enjoy the beauty of the harbour as you look back onto the Sydney skyline. The cruise will include substantial canapes and a drink on arrival.

Saturday 29th August, 2026 Pre-Race Pasta Dinner
After breakfast enjoy the rest of the day your leisure, you can explore on foot Sydney’s city center: Circular Quay, Campbell’s Cove, The Rocks (with its numerous restaurants and bars), The Opera House and the iconic Harbour Bridge are all within easy walking distance from your hotel.
This evening we will enjoy a pre-race pasta dinner .

Sunday 30th August, 2026 Race Day & Celebration
Race day is here! Enjoy an early breakfast before meeting our representative in the hotel lobby who will be ready to guide you to the start area by metro (Journey will be less than 30 min. Transport is free for runners on race day).
After your run, when you are ready make your way back to the hotel.
In this evening we'll meet up for post-race celebrations, saying cheers to all of our runners on an amazing accomplishment! Bring your medals!

Monday 31st August, 2026 Departure Day
Enjoy a well-earned breakfast at the hotel. Unless you have booked extra nights with us then today is the day you check out of your room and we say thank you for joining us and see you soon!
