Friday 10 April, 2026 - Arrival Day & Welcome meeting
Make your own arrangements to arrive at Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile. Usually, hotel rooms are ready to check in after 4:00pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with the hotel and explore your surroundings.
Marathon Tours & Travel hosts will be available in your hotel today to meet and answer any questions you might have.
This evening please join us for a drink, a perfect opportunity to ask questions and get to know your fellow runners.
Saturday 11 April, 2026 - Shake-out run & Pasta dinner
At 7:30 AM we invite you to join your Marathon Tours & Travel host and your running peers for an easy shake-out run from the hotel (suitable for all fitness levels).
Today please enjoy the city at your leisure. If you booked your race entry with us we will collect your race pack (includes bag, t-shirt & race bib) and hand it to you at the hotel today. If you obtained your own race entry you will be required to make your own way to the Expo to collect your race pack.
The rest of the day is at your leisure.
Often restaurants are booked up early, but you don’t need to worry about finding somewhere to carbo load this evening as you join the Marathon Tours & Travel team for a delicious and nutritious pre-race dinner.

Sunday 12 April, 2026 - Race Day & celebrations!
Breakfast will be available early.
Easy access to the Paris Marathon 2026 start area from Hotel (Approx 20 min walk / just over 1km ).
The spectator areas of the Paris Marathon 2026 route are easily accessible on foot or by Metro and the finish area is 20 minutes’ walk away. Perfectly positioned for race day and to cheer on the runners.
After the race make your way back to the hotel, freshen up, celebrate…you deserve it!
Tonight, we will gather in the hotel bar for a post-race celebration and drink!

Monday 13 April, 2026 - Departure Day
Unless you have booked extra nights please check out of your room before 12:00.
