Package included:
- One night in Lima, Peru (Wyndham Grand Costa del Sol Lima Airport or similar hotel)
- Four night accommodations in the Amazon
- Domestic flights Lima to Puerto Maldonado with return to Lima
- All ground transfers (from/to PEM airport, port to/from lodges, race day, activities)
- Services of English-speaking guides
- Excursions organized by each lodge (varies)
- Meals according to the itinerary
- Welcome Party on September 7
- Post-race Celebration on September 10
- Gratuities for guides and drivers (this does not include local guides and lodge staff)
- Services of Marathon Tours & Travel staff

- International roundtrip airfare to Lima, Peru
- Half-Marathon, Marathon or 10.5K race entry fee

Flights: You should fly in and out of Lima (Jorge Chavez International Airport – LIM) based on your tour dates:

- Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Non-transferrable includes applying your balance to another person, another year or another trip. Should you cancel for any reason, you will forfeit your trip investment.
- We are not allowed to sell Guaranteed Race Entry Only.
- There is a limit of two (2) entries per room.
- Marathon Tours & Travel's policy is that anyone staying in our room block must be part of our package. If you plan to bring a spouse or guest, they must purchase our package. For example, if there are two of you, the rate would be the double occupancy rate (per person). If you purchase a single occupancy rate package, then only you are allowed in your room. To attend any of our activities, you must be part of our package.
