2025/09/19 Friday Arrival
Make your way to Berlin and on arrival check in to your hotel. Hotel rooms are usually ready after 3pm; if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with the hotel concierge and explore the city and surrounds. Marathon Tours & Travel team will be available in your hotel today to meet and answer any questions you might have.
2025/09/20 Saturday – Shakeout run & Expo & Pre-race Dinner
If you stay at Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof:In the early morning, we invite you to meet your Marathon Tours & Travel team and join us for an easy run/walk to stretch the legs.
(Novotel Berlin Mitte Hotel Package is NOT Including Shakeout run)
Today is the best day to visit the Marathon Expo and collect your bib number and any other extra items you may have pre-ordered. The Marathon Expo has plenty to see and do so we suggest you allow time to collect your race documents, there will be an opportunity to meet with your Marathon Tours & Travel team at the hotel to travel together to the Marathon Expo. For those who prefer to visit the expo independently, detailed directions will be provided in your final itinerary.
Join us this evening for our Pre-race Pasta Dinner at the hotel.

2025/09/21 Sunday – Race Day & Celebration
Our staff will escort you to the race start, it will take approximately 25-30 mins.
After the race make your way back to the hotel, freshen up, relax and gaze at your lovely new shiny medal…you worked hard for it!
This evening meet your Marathon Tours & Travel team, fellow runners and supporters to celebrate your achievement! More details will be advised on the final itinerary.
