BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2026 PACKAGE
PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the length of stay you have booked with us you might arrive on different days to the following itinerary.
The itinerary below reflects the 3-nights package
2026/09/25 Friday —— Arrival
Make your own way to Berlin and on arrival check in to your hotel. Hotel rooms are usually ready after 3pm; if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with the hotel concierge and explore the city and surrounds.
Marathon Tours & Travel team will be available in your hotel today to meet and answer any questions you might have.
This afternoon, your host will lead a guided trip to the expo by metro. After collecting the race pack, you can return to the hotel at your own convenience.
2026/09/26 Saturday —— Expo & Pre-Race Dinner
For those who prefer, there is GENERALI 5K that takes place which you can choose to take part in（Not included in the package rate and service content. You may register and pay at an extra cost independently based on your needs, and proceed to the start on your own ). To register for and learn more about the GENERALI 5K visit:

If you haven't collected your race pack yet，today is the best day to visit the Marathon Expo and collect your bib number and any other extra items you may have pre-ordered. We will also offer an escorted trip to the expo by metro this morning. After collecting the race pack, you can return to the hotel at your own convenience.
Join us this evening for our Pre-race Pasta Dinner.

2026/09/27 Sunday —— Race Day & Celebration
Marathon Tours & Travel staff will escort you to the race start by metro, it will take approximately 25 mins.
After the race make your way back to the hotel, freshen up, relax and gaze at your lovely new shiny medal…you worked hard for it!
This evening meet your Marathon Tours & Travel team, fellow runners and supporters to celebrate your achievement!

2026/09/28 Monday —— Departure
Unless you have booked extra nights please check out of your room before 12:00.

If you have booked a 4-night package, you can choose:
Check-in on Thursday, September 24th and check-out on Monday, September 28th
OR
Check-in on Friday, September 25th and check-out on Tuesday, September 29th.
There are no itinerary arrangements for those who arrive earlier or check out later.
